Get your seasonal pumpkin from a farm this year and support a local business. If, like me, you love those smaller, less commercial spots for your pumpkin picking, then check out the privately-owned places below.
if they sell out, the fields will close early, so you might want to go sooner rather than later.
Unlike some of the bigger attractions, these fields are all free entry – you just pick your own and pay for your pumpkin by weight.
These locations are sometimes ‘stock permitting’, meaning if they sell out, the fields will close early, so you might want to go sooner rather than later.
SELECT YOUR OWN FROM WHERE IT WAS GROWN.
Every place has a different set-up. Some of the sites below (like Pumpkins R Us) for example, have the pumpkins already picked and waiting for you inside, whereas some farms offer tractor rides out into the crop so you can select your own from where it was grown.
